Je brein is op een bepaalde manier geprogrammeerd dat het wakker wordt of gaat slapen. In de ochtend maakt het adrenaline aan, en in de avond maakt het melatonine aan. Hoe beter jij je brein laat weten dat het naar bed moet hoe makkelijker hij zal reageren. En hoe makkelijker je in slaap valt. Maar hoe bereik je dat nu het beste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ontspanning: 30 minuten voordat je gaat slapen gebruiken voor ontspanning. En nee alles met een scherm hoort daar niet bij. Denk aan lezen, sociale activiteiten, in een dagboek schrijven. Het mag best een beetje saai zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licht: Beperk voordat je gaat slapen zoveel mogelijk licht. En als je wakker wordt zet je hem juist aan. Dit geeft een signaal aan de lichaam dat het moet opstarten of. slapen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vaste tijden: hanteer duidelijke vaste tijden om te slapen die niet wisselen. Ook in het weekend!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schermen: Zet die schermen allemaal uit. Dit is teveel licht en zal je wakker houden.
